While holding strictly the accumulated tolerance at submicron level, Twinstar is enforcing an advanced tool inplacement, including high precision mechanical engraving, nm scale laser patterning, chemical/mechanical grinding/polishing/etching.In combination with millimeter scale efficient material removement equipment, Twinstar is able to produce versatile micro-optic building blocks meet the fast evolving requirements from the high speed photonic chip's optical interfacing needs.

Twinstar offers end to end optic connectivity solution from photonic chips to optical ports exit building, with key emphasis from photonic chip to switch/server chassis panels. Our OEM/ODM services cover products from fixed precision optical bond to removable passive connectors on photonic chips, from lens assembly to fiber in V groove, from optical fan-in to preformed fiber route. Twinstar is able to offer cost effective high performance optical connectivity products for transceivers, CPOs and AI computational links inside data centers.

Twinstar will attend OFC exhibition in the United States from March 26th to 28th, 2024 for the first time.
Dec. 10, 2023: Twinstar will open a volume production site in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province. Full production run Q1CY2024.
First CPO has been developed successfully and manufactured in small batch soon.
