Twinstar signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the High tech Zone Management Committee of Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province in December 2023 and invest production base project for an optical communication product in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province. The main products are passive components of active transceiver modules, with a planned annual production capacity of 2 million units. The total planned investment for the project is 100 million Yuan, which will be invested and constructed in two phases. The first phase plans to invest 57 million Yuan to build a 5000 square meter production and office building. The project was officially launched in January 2024, and the production line decoration, equipment procurement and commissioning, and personnel recruitment will be completed by the end of February. It is planned to be officially operation on March 1, 2024.
